Plain-language product disclosure · last updated 4 August 202601Information we process
We process account email and authentication identifiers; store domain and product names supplied for an audit; aggregated audit metrics and private reports; and, when Meta is connected, an encrypted access token plus the advertising account identifiers and read-only performance data needed for the analysis. Uploaded CSV files are processed for the request and raw files or customer identifiers are not retained in the report database.
02Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate the account, produce the requested revenue analysis, show private reports, maintain read-only integrations, prevent abuse and provide support. Optimisium does not sell personal information or use a connected advertising account to create or edit ads.
03Storage and access
Account and report records are stored with Supabase. Meta credentials are encrypted before storage and remain server-side. Access is limited to the account owner and authorized service operations. Infrastructure providers may process data in the regions in which they operate under their own contractual safeguards.
04Retention and deletion
Account data remains available while the account is active. Meta credentials are removed when the connection is disconnected, the account is deleted or the token expires and is replaced. The data deletion page lets an authenticated user disconnect Meta while preserving reports, or permanently delete the account and active data.
05Your choices and contact
You may disconnect Meta, delete your account, or ask for access and correction help. Visit the data deletion page or email iletisim@aliburkay.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask for identity verification before acting on a request.
